YAD is designed around a “Three Tiered Strategy” of LIVE, GIVE, LEAD.  Together these help accomplish our goal to help build an incredible community to be Jewish in.  YAD Provides adults ages 21-45 with an on ramp for engagement through robust programming, connections, making Colorado an inclusive, meaningful and vibrant place to be Jewish.

What does it mean to GIVE JEWISH?

The Jewish people have a long history of philanthropy.  Jewish traditions teach us the value of Tzedakah (charitable giving) and of Tikkun Olam (to repair the world).  Our GIVE Jewish platform, through programs, events, collaborations and grass-root initiatives is designed to develop the understating of Tzedakah and the value of being a part of Jewish philanthropy.  Our community will only thrive, survive and carry on if we support it. Check out some of our programs, get involved and help us make Colorado an incredible place to be JEWISH!!!

National Young Leadership Cabinet is a six-year leadership development program, comprised of approximately 375 men and women (across the U.S. and Canada) who demonstrate the highest levels of leadership to the community. The Cabinet provides opportunity for the great minds in our community to take the next step, producing leaders who have gone on to assume the most important roles in their respective local Jewish communities and beyond on a national level. Many of the Federation local alumni have gone on to chair Federation boards, campaigns and the Coordinating Council.
